13.4 for the TB ss is the best i've seen from TonyGXP on a stock SS.

It would be pretty ugly unless you can't launch the jeep *pfft...like thats possible*.

Come up to a 2wd SS with heads, cam, headers and a converter and a tune and if your stock you will lose.
