If you paid cash/blank check auto loan today for an 08, what is the expected turn around time on delivery. Just checking, got the green light from the wife to get one. Maybe Don can weigh in on this. Plus, do these things have I, II, III option groups like the chargers? If i have to finance it for 3 years i want all the bells and whistles. Thanks in advance, guys/gals. BTW first post from an SRT8 Charger guy. I have been trolling the boards for a couple of weeks.

Welcome, my delivery was less than 4 weeks:eek: The dealer couldn't believe that my Jeep came in before the one they ordered. And yes the option groups are the same. I was at the dealership yesterday and the owner was telling me that all 6.1 motors and myGig are on hold until Oct. And said I was lucky that I got mine. That is just what he said to me I have no proof just what he said. I would call Don I'm sure he can hook you up.

WHOA!!

Can anybody confirm/deny this? It seems like a mix-up with the streaming video hold, but if it's true that means no more SRT's for nearly 6 weeks!

ANYBODY???

I wouldn't think this to be true. But you never know.

Give Don a call. (866)279-2908
Even though he is on vacation and not checking the forums, he is taking business calls (yea, kinda defeats the purpose of a vacation...but he takes care of his customers no matter what). He may even have the exact Jeep you are wanting on his lot. So turnaround would be really quick then. :D

Oh, and yes, there is an SRTI & SRTII package. I think the Sirius streaming TV is a separate option altogether now and won't be available for a few more weeks.

Oh man, that stinks that they are "possibly" on hold. I have two stealerships in Houston looking for me right now. I would prefer to go through Don since he is a great contributer to the forums. I just hate to bug him on his Vacation........i can wait....i can wait...its only a couple of more days! hahah.

I haven't heard of them being on hold. I don't see why they would be. I'm wondering if that's a line the dealer may be giving since they can't get a '08?

Well, i found a '08 one on a lot that was dropped off today. The sales man called back and said 49200 is what they want for it. Ouchey. is this what people are paying that do not go through Don

Thats what my dealer wanted originally wanted. Then I said fine I know where I can get one for 44K so they came down on the price to 45K. I know I could have prolly saved 7-800 going with Don but we are friends with the local dealer and it was easier.
