I have seen the pictures taken by the few posters who have taken delivery of their '08's.

To me, the area below the headlights and the slanted grill vs. more upright grill are the two things I immediately notice.

Is it just me or does the '07 look a bit more menacing than the '08? Does the '08 look at bit "softer?"

Just wondering what you guys think.

I agree - it does look slightly softer but hopefully more aerodynamic lending itself to 2-3 mpg improvement on the highway... wishful thinking.

Hopefully, they will make little more revision in the front and back for 09.

I guess a comforting thought is one new '08 owner mentioned the change is subtle.

The 07 definitely looks edgier.. and the 08 restyle has more Benz like features around the bezels.

The 07 front matches the rear in total design... seems like they ran out of time or $$ to also "soften" the rear for 2008 MY run.

If it wasn't for the nav and interior changes in 2008, I'd make a beeline to purchase a 2007.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. That's a good one. I was looking at Teterboro Chrysler Jeep (who has a brand new loaded Red Rock on the lot). I saw the window sticker, and immediately said WHAT THE F%^K? the gas mileage has DECLINED from 15 highway to 14 highway. The city mileage has declined as well.

Explain that?

It's the new EPA method of calculating MPG- more accurate than the bogus numbers cars had in the past.

D'OH!!! Yea, I guess it's the new EPA thing. Man, I hope they add another darn gear next year to at least help with Hwy. By the way, I am also in NJ - was this a new as in 2008 SRT8? Thanks!

I too think the '07 is tougher, manlier and all around sexier loooking, but then again, I might be biased though.

Aren't we lucky we get all these ballz and no gas guzzler tax? LA la la la laaa... More money for gas, I guess :p
