hey guys so i just took off my plasti dip and having a hard time getting the thin parts off cause its sticking so well. i was told that some people use a little gas and it comes right off but will this damage my rims in any way... also wd 40 and goo gone is supposed to do the same thing as gas, would these be better options

any info would be appreciated

the rims are clear coated so the less abrasive the better. that said I have heard of good results with goo gone from friends.

hey thanks for the help... i think i might go ahead with the wd 40 or goo gone. i will only be applying it on the inside of the rim so im sure it will be fine if it wash it off after the plast i dip comes off. which of these two products has the least amount of abrasive?

you can try brake cleaner it didnt damage mine

I used WD40 with no issues.

Id say go ahead with WD40, the wheel can take alot. should be safe
