Okay, I'm ordering my ASM Supercharger kit tomorrow and I want an exhaust system to go with it. Here's the thing, I want a loud, noticeable exhaust, but not drone. So, what suggestions do you all have?

I like the Corsa. You can listen to it on their web-site.

Mopar/corsa or the B&B with quiet option. I get compliments everyday with my B&B. My teller at the bank doesn't like it though:D

If you like it tough, low and loud, it's Borla!!

Good Idea! I got extra parts, MatFab was missing a few.

Well, I ordered it today. Got the Satin kit, instead of polished, bc of heat. Also, don't really want to worry about polishing and stuff. Also went with the Corsa exhaust and the intake manifold spacers. Kit should be here Thursday, and then on with the install! I will have plenty of pictures and videos when finished, don't worry.

Man, some of you guys have entirely too much money. I wish I could throw down 8-10k on a blower without batting an eye.

Hey FastSRT8GC,

Shoot me a PM about where you got your boost gauge and where you mounted it and everything. Ill have to have someone install that bc I'm a MORON when it comes to electronic stuff.

Here is how I have them for now. I want either, above the radio or pillar mount.

Uh, try being a 23 year old w/ an SRT8 payment, mortgage, new businees and a desperate addiction to going faster and faster...its hard to hear these stories of guys w/ M6's and supercharged jeeps. One day...one day.

And these guys dont have too much money. There is no such thing as too much money as long as you not the asshat that buys there 16-18 year old a Jeep SRT8. thats too much money for the amount of brains.

True that. I am in the same position at 23 and soon to be SRT8 payment. I guess its not so bad. There aren't too many peeps in their late teens, early 20s running around in SRT8s.

That's a very questionable comment you're making. I'll try and be civilized about this. It's up to people who have money to decide how they spend it. What gives you the right to say how they do it? If they want to buy their 16-18 year old one, why not? If they feel they are responsible enough, let them.

I am 20 years old and my dad has bought my M6 convertible and SRT8. If you met me, didn't know what I drove, you wouldn't know the difference. I don't flaunt anything I have and I don't boast to others about it. I appreciate everything I have and thank god everyday for the life he has provided me and my family. I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, or anything like most teens and people my age do this days. I'm in school, do good, and stay on track.

Anyway, hopefully you understand where I am coming from. I also understand where you are coming from. I have a neighbor who is 16 and his dad is one of those TV lawyers "one call, thats all" guys. His dad bought him a brand new F-150, he never changed the oil and blew it up. His dad sat it aside and then bought him an 07 Tahoe. He has ragged the living sh*t out of it. Also, he has had 3 DUI's and got caught killing a deer and loading it up illegally in our neighborhood. Of course, he gets out of all of it bc of who his dad is. These are the kids you speak of that don't appreciate anything they have.

Anyway, I just wanted you to see my side and try not to generalize. Back on topic, my SC kit was delayed bc of the injectors, should be here Friday or Monday. I will keep yall updated.

Saw a black WJ coming over beach blvd bridge a few weeks back... with massive front ram-air hood. Thought it was you but yours doesn't have such a thing.

When are we doing a Jax Jeep Meet?

Wow. Well, all I can say is that I am jealous. And i dont want to come off as generalizing. I respect your do gooder ways and stay away from drugs, but you gotta drink...;) Anyway dont take any offense to me and especially to what I am about to write.

One thing I am not jealous of:

Young people that have everything handed to them will never know what its like to roll up to some jack a$$ that you knew in highschool in his once bad ass camaro, and him see you in your bada$$ new ride, that he knows is much faster and know you have made it happen on your own. That my younger friend, is something i am not jealous of.

I definitly respect that you are obviously a good kid, and if you play your cards right, you will have a financial backer that will help you make your own millions. You do that, and then buy yourself a lambo, then tell me what its like when you know YOU make the payment....and the insurance. (oh my god, can you imagine what insurance on a 20 year old kid w/ an M6 convert. must cost.

Exactly. Getting such nice stuff handed to you at a young age foregoes a very important step in learning the value of earning a dollar and spending it wisely. Until you've worked for the expensive things you own, you'll never be able to relate to the majority of the people who have - and that's over 85% of the population.
Of course I don't blame them for taking the offering - be stupid not to. But I do blame the parents for extreme SPOILING

I'd go with the Corsa, as it sounds more like an agressive racecar than a deep brutish monster truck. The ASM S/C is gonna turn your truck into a monster. Enjoy it!

Agreeing with all of you. Of course, my brother and I own a hardware store that sells stuff like light fixtures, sinks, tubs, door knobs, etc. And I also have a car detailing business that I do on the side. Obviously, this doesn't cover the cost of my cars, but it's not like I don't work. But I do understand you all.

I AM in for a rude awakening when I get on my own. My lifestyle will change very much. So, I do understand y'all too.

Anyway, kit shipping yesterday, and UPS says it should be on my doorstep Friday. Hopefully I'll have everything up and running by Tuesday.
