I have ordered and received from the supporting vendors aftermarket parts on this site a few times. Each time I have received my order and I will continue to do with those folks . I ordered from Stripper and they sent the wrong part and it turned out (after i returned the part), they didn't even have it. It took two weeks to figure out they didn't have any clue as to what I wanted. I will gladly provide the e-mails stating what I wanted. They couldn't be more crystal clear!

I have called and e-mailed over and over to get a credit (e-mailed at LEAST 5 times and called at LEAST 8 times). Three weeks later and no credit.
Bank of America Fraud Dept is next! Beware!!!

Premier Trucks had the Magnaflow Exhaust Group Buy for 699recently. Stripper had it for 872. Way to look out for the members!!
I've bought from Premier and they are stand up guys!

I have ordered 2 different exhausts (both for srt vehicles) and they arrived correct and very quickly. You have one bad issue with them and you start a bashing thread. I don't recall any other issues ( that I can think of ) about these guys. Also, both exhausts were price matched to beat other vendors. Did you ever think to ask for a price match? I will call 3 different companies and make them work for it. The only complaint I have is for GSM. Other then that I have always been treated fair and everything has shown up as promised.

I order a K&N from them and never got my money back. they dont answer there email and leave you on the line. nobody know anything when you call

4 week to get the part ship to me and it was the wrong part. I was told it was on back order and K&N said they had it in stock.

Haha, part of running a business is dealing with customer service. When there is no time, time must be made. Staying on top of everything is what will set one business apart from the rest. I am also a business owner.....
