I have now failed several times at trying to bed my brakes. It's so congested around here that I'm only able to get off like 3-5 launches before other cars appear. I got up at 5 in the morning this past Sat but still no luck. I know Dr. Steve recommended a location to me a while back but does anyone know of any other spots/times/etc. in Northern NJ? Thanks.

have you tried rt. 80 around parsippany during non-rush hour times? I still think your best bet is to go down near the beginning (first 20 exits) of rt. 287 and drive north, you're sure to find a few stretches with no other cars and minimal police interference. . . if we find time to go together it may help that I am part of the union county sheriff's department and am often treated well by police IF I happen to get pulled over!
Next chance I'll have to do a run on the highway would be either this sunday or the following sat or sun. . . let me know!

Thanks. I guess you still need to do it. Thought you'd have bedded already. I have not tried it that far south. I tried 287 north up near Oakland at 5:30am on Sat. and had no luck. I'll send you a PM regarding the weekend. I might be available this Sun. depending on the time.
