Anyone else have problems with CDs burned from iTunes?
I have a bunch of CDs that I burned from iTunes and never had a problem playing them in my Tahoe, but they show up as an invalid disk in my SRT.
They aren't burned as MP3s (can't do that with bought music for some reason), but are burned as music CDs.
Any ideas?

Make sure the disc is burned to the Red book standard not White book. Burn the disc in "Disc at once" mode rather than multi-session. I seem to remember reading something about this in the manual, it should also list the ISO standards the head unit will read so I would check it out.

You might also try different media (i.e. different brand of CD-R). Make sure you not trying CD-RW media. Try burning at 4x speed, if you have the ability to set the burn speed on itunes.

Actually, now that I've tried store bought CDs, I'm pretty sure my damn CD player is screwed up. Sucks, cause I really don't want to hang out at the dealership while they swap it out.
