hi guys i want to paint my stock mesh grill to silver. but i can't seem to separate it. Are these black mesh grill is weld together to the whole grill itself?\btw i have 07 model

there are little tabs holding the black mesh in. Use a small ....very small screwdriver to pop the tabs forward one at a time.....there are two per slat if I remeber corrcectly. There is also a tab at each corner.

well i just took the grill apart again, i don't see any little tabs behind the grill. it seem the black mesh grill and the grill itself is one piece.

there are three small ones on top, I believe two small ones on the bottom portion, and about 10 or so on the middle vertical slats...you have to look pretty closely at them..once you do it's obvious.

its definitely 2 pieces,i have an 07 and just did it 2 weeks ago.
you need a skinny scredriver,just keep looking till you find them, the inside insert tabs look like this... / like a horizontal clip
just pop them slowly so you dont crack the outside grille part or break the tabs
if i remember correctly,they should be around here on the inside...
