OK, I know that a TSB isn't a recall and that they only fix the "annoyances" if you go to a dealer with the issue or TSB number.

I just received my new 2007 a few weeks ago and it was actually built in February I think.

My question is this:

Do they incorporate TSBs that came out previous to the build date when building the vehicle?

The reason I am asking is I am getting that annoying TPMS warning on my GC SRT8 and I know there is a TSB for it that came out last year some time. I think it is the one about the missing fuse.

Because I am in Korea, I have a much more difficult time just taking it to a dealer and having them perform the fixes. Language barriers and lack of experience make hard to get anything done.

As an example, I have a 2004 lightning that the Ford dealer out here has been trying to fix my interior light switch for the last year.

Your build date is listed on the door sticker (see http://www.wkjeeps.com/wk_vin.htm#CERTIFICATION)

TSB issues are typically corrected as running changes during the model year. However, the correction date can vary from a few months before a bulletin is issued until a few months after.

What is the warning message you are receiving ("Service Tire Press System" ?).

You can verify if the IOD fuse is installed by checking slot 27 in the Integrated Power Module under the hood (see http://www.wkjeeps.com/wk_fuses.htm).
