Thanks to Joe and those who made the trip with him to pick up my jeep. Looking forward to getting the motor torn down to see what the damage is but the real fun happens when we build her back up.

Can't wait to start posting up pics of the build in the coming weeks. :D

Well Dave i hope its ok but the main thing is to find out what broke the spring if that was the case. A new set of springs and push rods would at least set your mind as ease for the future.

It really depends on whats wrong at this point. If the damage is not bad then may just do something mild with the top end but I'd hate to have it apart at the shop and not hit some goals I've had for quite some time.

Got the jeep back July 26th late in the evening.

Big thank you to Joe for staying true to his word and staying late to get the beast done so I could drive it to Michigan for my vacation. Great guy to work with and I cannot wait to get that 11 second slip I'm after this fall. Starting a new thread with details.
