For some reason my computer will not save the logs off my predator. I tried reloading the stock tune on the jeep, then the vortech tune, then my cmr tune last. The predator datalogs fine, but the files magically disappear after I save them. Have you guys ever seen this before? I am using a VR7135 with crom 9R08 and using dataviewer 3.3.08 and dataloader 3.3.07. I have uninstalled both data loader and data viewer programs. Everything was working fine and now they just disappear, even windows search cant find them.

Any help is appreciated guys!

Where did you get the 08 beta version from?

Still having this issue, tried reloading the software again but no dice.

Where on your computer are you saving them to and are you sure they are actually being saved when prompted? I save mine to MY DOCUMENTS and attach them from there to emails to send to my tuner.

The default location for the files is in mydocuments/dataviewer/logs, which is where I have been saving them for the past 6 months until this problem started. I can connect my predator to the computer and then download the log from the predator to the computer. Then when I save the file, if I click on the open icon it will show the file, but if I go through windows explorer to the default location the file is not there. If I exit out of dataviewer and go back in and use the open link the file is gone. If I search with windows search it shows the shortcut to the file, but there is no file to find. There is also no runtime.txt file on my computer, so I dont know what is going on with it.

Well I got this taken care of finally. I found out it was an issue with windows. I had it installed in boot camp and there was some sort of driver issue. I removed the windows partition and installed windows in vmware fusion. Everything works as advertised now.
