Has anyone experienced this problem or know what it is..... I was driving around all day and all of a sudden when i was rounding a semi sharp corner at about 20 or 30 MPH i heard a clunk, clunk, clunk, clunk sound almost like a had a flat tire. It was only when i was turning right and sounded like it was coming from the back left drivers side???? Anyone had this happen... it happened a few more times then i could not get it to do it again..

Thanks in advance

Adam

I don't have any idea other than that has happened to me in my 1980 honda accord about 12 years ago (man I am getting old)...it ended up being the CV Joint.

Hope that helps...

Was it a rotational noise? Like something could have been stuck in the tire tread?

ya it was almost excactly that noise.... but nothing stuck in the tread:mad: it keeps doing it today but only on right hand turns and not at slow speads. Then just today i smelt a slight burning smell sitting at a light, but just thought it was the car infront of me. Then i smelt it again at a light so i checked around for gauges and realized my temp was way over 100 Celcius then i got to the highway and the cool air helped cool it and temps dropped to normal then back to city and they shot up again. i then stopped checked coolint and it was low!! so i topped up and off to dealer it goes. i dont understand i must have a slow leak??

If it heats up when you're sitting, but cools down when moving, I'd lean towards the fan going out. Dealer claimed mine was bad when my Jeep overheated.

I'd say its your sway bar bushings.
