OK...Since the last trip to the track here are my mods.

Volant CAI, 180 t-stat, Fan Mod, GSM Spacers. Basically I was slightly slower but Temp was 83*, humidity was high and still have no idea what or where to determine DA. These simple mods seemed to work to keep the engine cooler. I did not make more than 3 runs back to back.

It was great fun again and so many people had great things to say about the Jeep. Many phone pics again and everyone just respecting the Jeep. This is a local 1/8 mile track in Goodlettesville, TN.

Nice. I want to go back now that I know when to launch on the tree, but it's too damn hot now. I have to wait until late September or so. :(

Yes...on Friday nights at this track they use a "pro tree"...you get pre-stage, stage, 3 yellows together and a green. I just try to slam it when I see the 3 yellows because if you wait for the green you have waited too long.

On my track, the yellows count down individually and people say to leave on the last yellow. I kept leaving on the green. :(
