Does anyone know how I can get the DTRL to work on my Jeep? Is it as simple as having the dealer change the country code from US to Canada? Insurance person said my rates would be lower if I had them on my vehicle. I said I would check and get back to her! Any help and/or info would greatly be appreciated!
Thanks
Jonathan

you could always turn the knob from automatic to on. Just a thought, but I am sure that the Dealer can use there little starscan and make the change.

So I am guessing that your Jeep is in Canada. If your vehicle was built from
12/20/06-2/2/07 than there might be a recall for the DTRL not being properly configured and needs to be reprogrammed. If you can get me the last 8-digits of your vin I can see if this applies to your Jeep.

Yes... just have the dealer set your country code to US. :)
I had to do something similar to get around a stupid speed warning chime here in the Middle East.
