: Can the K&N Cleaner Kit be used for Mopar CAI

I was just wondering if the K&N cleaning kit can be used to clean the mopar CAI filter. Mine is quite dirty and no one in town has the K&N replacement (RU3100). Any input would be appreciated.

I don't see why not!! --same filter material. Brake clean will also work !

will it matter if the filter blue instead of red??

Can't use it if the filter is blue, it will melt it to nano bits of blue particles- just kiddin!! Ha! GC
