I went to fill up at the Sunoco last night (quite a regular occurrence) and rolled into the middle fill area island. As I was filling up what should pull up on my left but a 1970 yellow and black Oldsmobile 442 totally restored. Guy got out and started filling up. I say nice car he says thanks and looks over but I can tell he can't tell there is anything unusual about my jeep and he keeps to himself. Shortly after on my right pulls up another guy and he is in a brand new white with a blue stripe Mustang Shelby GT. I look over say nice ride he says thanks but also can't quite see what I'm filling up because its obscured by the pumps. I finish up, pay at the pump, place the key in the ignition and light up the Borla S Type. It was hilarious, both guys stop pumping, shout what sounded pretty close to "Holy F**k" and come running over and ask what the hell is that thing? They ask me to park over to the side and wait for them to fill up and come over. We spent about 20 minutes talking about cars before I had to go. It was great. They had both never really heard of the jeep and thought it was all aftermarket stuff. Big thumbs up from both as I roared

Nice! Was this at a Sunoco for the rich and famous? I'm usually filling up next to a 92 Caprice Classic with a star shaped broken windshield where the driver hit his head from the police pursuit crash, and seats missing all padding from the drug search. And that sweet exhaust sound, that's right no exhaust.:D

Nice story from Toronto,

Actually Sunoco is the only station group I am aware of in the Toronto area that sells 94 Octane gas so if you want to see performance cars they all go to Sunoco stations. The previous time I was there a woman in her late 50's pulled up in a black SRT8 Charger and knew everything there was to know about my ride. This most recent trip to the station was my first with the Borla though.
