Hi guys,
I´m looking for a place that sells silicon tube in order to build a replacement air intake system. I need a 3.5 " diameter by 18" long hose.
Any ideas will be much appreciated.:)

I got a 3.5" to 4" reducer, 4" straight tube, and a 90* 4" (~9" radius) tube. It was pretty pricey, however it looks awesome. ( http://www.stylinmotors.com/ ) It clamped directly it the brake scoop perfectly. You can probably find cheaper hose out there, however I do feel the silicone hose is the way to go. My results are proof positive, my 1/4 mile mph indicates that she is breathing well and seems to be making good power. Now I'm just waiting for the Kooks SW test for a final decision on my exhaust.

Anything over 8" straight is like a wet noodle, I would not recommend it for the entire intake. The 90s are fine. If you are intersted the general and I have something you may like, PM the general or me.

My set up works perfectly. I connected to pcs with 4" galvanized tube cut into ~2" slices which are placed inside for the clamping, and keeps the shape round. Once it was clamped together, it is plenty rigid. There are cheaper ways that will be just as effective, however I think it looks very clean and uniform. Good luck with whatever set up you create.
