Looks like a weekend auto-crosser SCAA type with his track tires/wheels that he swapped out in place of his daily dubs, just forgot torque 'em down.

I'm sure the aftermath was yardsale ugly. Suspension and brake damage, probably couldn't bolt wheels back on it and limp it off if he wanted to.

If he's dumb enough to do that he probably was equally stupid enough to file an insurance claim to clean up the mess.
