Looking to buy a GC SRT8, but worried about the 20's w/ runflats. I live in the suburbs of Boston and some roads are pretty crappy .. filled with pot holes. Am I going to be cringing at every pothole? How do these tires hold up? Thanks.

Stock Goodyear tires pretty much suck. I've switched my front tires over to 275/40/20 Nitto Invos and still running stock tires in the back. I'm now carrying a 120v air compressor and flat tire kit as well.

Ditch the runflats. Trust me. I live about 20 miles north of Boston and make the trip there everyday for work. The roads are pretty bad and it took 1 blowout and 2 other flats way back when I had the goodyears to get rid of them. Best decision I ever made.
Ah Tewksbury, I pass you every day to get to work. Up in salem, nh. Anyway, thanks for the comments. I'm still figuring out what to do for a new vehicle in spring. Trying to see if the GC is a good idea or not.

The Goodyears do suck, however I've been over many rough potholes and I was more worried about how rough the suspension is going to be on my back as I go over it instead of the tire blowing out.
The Goodyears are more likely to separate tread on the front than to break the sidewall on a pothole

I live about in Mass too..Stock Runflats are rough over the potholes. Just switched to a winter set up of Blizzak DM-V1s and non runflats and it's a dream to ride in. Granted they are very soft by design, but the GY runflats have no sidewall give. I'll be losing the Stockers in the spring for something that is a non-runflat, but only because I have 19,500 miles on the stock tires and they've seen some hard miles with countless 0 - 60's and G-meter testing sessions around some on and off ramps. :D
Get the Jeep. For the space between all the potholes, you'll be grinning ear to ear!
