Guys needs some quick info and some help,

I have all the mods below and this morning i noticed not only was it freaking cold outside but my rig even after in warmed up for about 15mins or so had little to no heat untill i started driving. i also noticed about a month ago when my heat gets turned off that a loud slamming noise happens underneath the pass side. Im wondering if my 180 jet may be stuck open and it might have happened during the cam install. My coolant levels are good, and i dont have a leak issue. Can i reinstall the factory stat with out concern?

Also on a side note the car didn't want to start this morning, i had to give it some gas. Thinks im gonna have to talk to johan and see if i may need a winter tune with my cam or maybe just a jeep/freak thing..

The slamming door sounds like a blend door issue. You can switch to the stock tstat without any issue, however, I would reset the fan settings back to the stock settings as well. As for the starting issue, I would definitely send Johan an email about that. If you can, try logging while you're starting so he can see exactly whats going on.

Your start up is too rich, i have the same problem, if you go to start it, it only spits and shuts off when you finily get it started it puffs black smoke......Its funny really.

As for the cold i set mine back to the stock t-stat and fan settings @-55 though it still dont warm up at an idle.
