Any one knw if you can modify/replace the rear diferential so that the gearing will translate into lower rpms at highway speeds? this should mean better gas mileage, (granted a not as good acceleration but this baby has more than enough of that)-

AWD......means both front and rear diffs have to be changed.....you can try just changing the rear but when you go drive it and it make a loud ass whine you'll figure out that wasnt the way to go. Besides if you go to like say a 3.73 your mileage is maybe gonna be an average of 1 more, so if your getting 12 maybe 13 but your probably pushin your luck. When its empty fill it up.
