I find myself not wasting my gas on most people that want to go. vinsane112 06-08-2007, 02:49 PM yeaa thats definitly true in the ny area--my poor 60 yo mother had to take my keep for service cause i was working crazy hours and some guy in what she referred to as one of them " suped up fart mobiles" tried to race her and her exact words were " i knew i had a big eight under the hood so i blew him off nice"--yes i have the coolest mom in the world---this is also the women then when used to do burn outs in front of her house with my rwd cars and motorcycles used to tell me to put bleach down to make it smoke more--haha Jred22 06-08-2007, 02:57 PM Are you not finding any cars that are worthy of runnin' em? Mango 06-09-2007, 10:20 AM I just drop the truck into 2nd or 3rd...depending on how fast I'm crusing, and blip the throttle while next to the vehicle I want to race. Or are you just having a hard time getting fast cars to race you? A little of both. I even went out last night around 11 looking for someone to race. Nothing on a 18 mile highway drive. Got off the hwy and some young kids in a Jetta finally wanted to run. Even though this wasnt the race I had in mind, I took it. Smoked him off the line to the next light. light turns red and I stop but these kids run the red just to avoid being next to me again. At this point I just called it a night and went home. Dave 06-10-2007, 09:54 PM No one wants to run me either. Occasionally I'll get lucky though. Smoked a WRX the other day and an LS2 GTO last month. My 5.9 attracts races left and right, I guess the word is out on the SRT8s and no one wants to get embarassed. Str8Srt8 06-11-2007, 12:26 AM I have the same problem. Not that I'm really looking for one, but it is just kinda rare. I learned fast though that when I let a woman drive, there's race requests like nothing else :p | ||
