I had the distinct pleasure of being able to drive the hottest SRT I think out there.
This thing is AWESOME!!!
I um, (cough) "test drove" the SRT8 this weekend at the Meet & Greet in Anaheim...

Scott from GS Motorsports has one and tossed me the keys...
Tmagnum and ffimo from LX forums.com jumped in...

and away we went...
this thing is way quicker off of the line because of the AWD...
I even turned off the ESP and could not "light" or break the wheels because of the AWD...
heck, I could only get some right rear wheel spin when turning right at a light from a dead stop...
this thing hooks up and hooks up hard...
I asked if anyone else wanted to drive...
the answer why?
I can't go any faster than we have already...

upon stepping out of the car...
I asked if anyone wanted to buy my 300CSRT8...
this AWD set-up on a 300CSRT8 - OMG - perfection then...

you fellow SRT8 owners of this wonderful Jeep Cherokee...
I envy you and hate you all in one thought...
It is a very nice ride and should be considered by anyone thinking of buying an SUV as it being their #1 choice...

I got a black Jeep SRT8 about 2 weeks ago and agree w/ the comments about a strong launch w/ no wheel spin. You'd better be facing forward when you pin it from a dead stop or find a chiropractor.
