I've been trying to contact Edwin since last week, and no response. Called, left message, PM'd, called again several times.

Just curious what's going on? Is he on Vacation?

Hmm he sent me an update on my PCM to B&G and response on Borla S Type question. He said he would get a hold of me on Monday so must be planning to be back in then.

I placed an order for a dashhawk 2 weeks ago Saturday (5-19). My card was charged on 5-20. I have no product or correspondence since the initial order.

This is my first order from them, and contrary to what I have heard the service is not so great. Either they charged my card without having product and shipping (unethical); or they lost my order.

He is out of town for right now. Call his wife she will be answering the phone Monday. I thought he was going to post, but maybe really busy.

What a releif! I did the same thing in the same time frame with the same results. At least I'm not alone!

I ordered the PCM with the B&G 2 weeks ago, the earliest date I expected the PCM was Friday, it is not here yet. My card was charged also, but I have no problem with that, since another vendor (B&G) is involved. I am very pleased with the service, I called on a Saturday and Edwin spent a lot of time on the phone with me, answering questions.

Last Wednesday he went on some hotrod tour. If you call the number I think his wife is taking care of everything.

He told me if I wanted to order headers to do it before he left but his wife could still do everything. So call her and talk to her.

I also got a call from Edwin tonight, who said he has been traveling. He explained there was an oversight with the fulfillment of my order, but it was shipped out today!

He said we should always call him directly, if we have any problems with an order. I probably should have let him know last week, instead of posting here last night. I did send a reply email last night as well.

At any rate, he was as customer friendly as others have stated, so I guess all is well that ends well.

Same here, although I haven't seen Borla's system listed on his website. :(
