Anybody know what the Gear Ratio's are for the GC SRT8, as well as what type of rear ends these things have? TIA

I think the stock ones are 3.73s.

They're 4.10s kids

Maybe you have an inside line on something that most of us are unaware of?
Always thought according to Chrysler and http://wkjeeps.com/wk_srt8_specs.htm that the ratios were 3.73:1. Be interested to kow where you got your info.

Can the final gearing be changed in order for the motor to rev lower at highway speeds?

If so how?

Thanks!

Thanks for the info guys! As for changing the gears to rev lower at highway speeds, I'm sure it can be done. I'm not sure you would want to do it though b/c you'd lose the off-the-line launch which is one of the beautiful things about this rig. I was hoping to go to 4.10's possibly or maybe even higher, with the traction these things have, it'd be a rocket!!

So far I don't think there are any replacement options, but the Jeep has more than the other LX Hemi's because of the Dana rearend.

I'm sure there's gotta be something out there. I think I'll talk to unitrax and see if there is something they can do. Thanks again for the info guys!!
