I bought the Corsas two months ago after I took delivery of my 07' in March. There is a ring of rust around the muffler leading to the tips measuring 1/4 inch thick on my Jeep. I have another set of the Corsa touring exhaust on my 03' Vette( bought new in 03') and to date nothing but exhaust residue, zero rust after multiple washes and 27K miles and four years of driving/sitting. After low miles since March, the Jeep's Corsas are looking sad underneath. I am considering sending them back under the lifetime warranty...Anyone else have the same issues? I love the sound, low resonation, etc. but I think I got a defective part from Corsa especially since they are the "304 stainless steel".

Any shared experiences would be much appreciated...Thanks!

I plan to tomorrow morning, I just noticed this in my driveway tonight. This is my third exhaust purchased from Corsa...Vette, Fountain Fever 29(came with the boat new), and the Jeep. I am located in Indy, and I know that Corsa's manufacturing pant is in Ohio. I plan to give them a call in the A.M. I have always been an advocate in there product but was surprised by tonight's find. I am sure I will be well taking care of, however, I wanted to poll if it was date of purchase or model specific to pass on to the Corsa-guys in Ohio. In any case, I plan to pass on the pics and the receipt from Ed at SouthernHotRod to verify my date of purchase.
