I cant say yet if they actually will take care of my issues with the Jeep but the service so far is exellent. The tech actually took a test drive with me to determine what noise I was complaining about. He could not get the noise to appear so I got in the drivers seat and reproduced it 5 times for him...

I also recieved a rental at no charge to me. And the guy didnt try to rush me when I was trying to tell him about my issues.

They are good guys there. I know a couple of the sales guys

I just spoke to the dealer....they are digging in with my Jeep. He says that the service bulletin says that the sound is normal but he and the tech dont think that its normal. He is looking to chrysler for guidance. He says that he made the call to them and would like for them to send someone out to test drive the Jeep.

So far the service seems to be awesome. I am worried though because hey cant get the brakes to squeal and grind like they do when I am driving. I dont know why.

Also folks the strip of chrome in the front bumper cover is not covered under warranty. That sucks.. It just came up missing and I think that it should be covered. I mean parts that just start falling off the vehicle dont make me happy at all.

I still think that DCX needs to step up the service and actually take care of the customer. That little strip is like $115 and I cant afford to start replacing them left and right with normal use.

I am happy with the dealer so far but not so thrilled with DCX.

its like having the bumper cover fall off. or a taillight fall out. Am I wrong?

Don What do you think? I buy a car from you, shouldnt the trim pieces be covered? I have no scratches or damage to the front so its not like I hit something. It just came off.
