I did a search and didn't come up with much. Anyone know if the front bumper has to be off to take the headlights (the whole thing, not the bulbs) out?

I started taking the bumper off and noticed that DCX uses some weird expansion clips. I forced one off, but it doesn't open. Are these things special rivets or something? I need to get a few of them off to seperate the buper from inner fenderwell lining, and to get to the inner clips that holds the bumper to fenders.

If the headlights can be removed without the front bumper off then I would need instructions on that. Not sure if it's possible because the headlights do have 2 bolts underneath the lens on each side, and from the way the housing looks, it has to be pulled forward and down for it to come out (may not clar bottm edge of the fenders).

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

yes...they are plastic rivets and are a one time use thing. But they are very cheap. You will need a plastic rivet setter to put new ones in. Search eBay...they are like $25 on there. The rivets are very cheap....my dealer gave me some today.

Just searched eBay. There's a million different rivet guns on there. Would you by any chance now what type I need?

Also, to get the old ones out, just pop/rip them?
