When trying to beat another vehicle from a dead stop, say red light, which method will give us the overall advantage, keeping the rig in D or the manual mode starting in 1st and upshifting yourself?
Kinda a noob question but when i launch in manual mode it feels alot more powerfull than just regular D mode.
Thanks guys!!:)

Man I'm always on D and just stomp from a 1200 brake stall , now if i do that after CAM/Headers i have to disable the Traction control off or it will bog down do to wheel spin .

So far I've just left it in drive and stepped on it. Beat an M6 that way, lol.

The track guys get the best times with traction off and selector to 1st. But if you're not gonna stay in it for a gear or two then leaving in Drive is fine (and probably perferred). No brake stall. Just romp it.
