Hello, I been reading and shopping for about a month now. Finally picked up my Jeep, 09 SRT8.

I love every inch of this beast, Im a low key kinda guy but how can you not like the double looks or head turns.

Well onto the questions,

How would I go about getting the Manuf. Warranty transferred over to me? There is about 21 months left, and i would like to have it in my name if anything happens in the near future. I did a search here, but did not find any info.

I am looking to have the front windows tinted, 20% is what i have read to get. Can anyone recommend a good tint shop on the South side? 63rd and Harlem area? I know there there few shops in the area, but have really never used any of them.

What about oil changes? And places close by? I heard Mancari's in Orland is good. Or would this be something im better of doing on my own?

Car toys on 63rd and harlem should be able to help you out. Ask for sam.

Do your own oil changes. They're easy to do and then you know what you're putting in. Too many stories of dealers putting in the wrong oil.
Use a good filter (Wix, K&N, Mobil1, etc). As for oil, I run 0w40 or 5w-40 in the winter and 15w-50 in the summer.

You own the vehicle, so there should be no issues with going in for warranty work, nothing to transfer over.
