From a stop = strong
From a 60mph+ roll = weak
Speeds in the middle IMO are moderate.

if modded a bit and have a nice tune...and other than from a dig, i personally like hitting it from 80, but keep in mind that she gets heavy around 120-125...

My Charger SRT8 with a really good tune and some bolt-on’s was a beast up top and you could run with many of the best. That being said, it was 500 lbs lighter, 2 wheel drive, and a lot better aerodynamics than the Jeep. If you compensated for those factors with say a 445ci Arrington and a custom cam (not mentioning any names here lol) I could see having no problem running a 80mph roll on with just about anyone! Lol

As of now (around 10k), I was only defeated by dedicated sport cars. Once you are above 120 mph, you are king of the road.

It may well be - as stated by the posters above and some magazine reviews - that the beast is becoming sluggish due to drag BUT if you are doing road races (illegal, I know :)) you have the advantage of the higher seating position. While your opponent is literally sitting on road level, you can plan ahead thanks to the high seat.
