I thought the kits came straight from Vortech. Maybe Tim can help get to the bottom of this. Keep us posted.

It doesn't even look like it came in the regular vortech box that I've seen others post pics of.

it was in the regular Vortech box. however everything else was nicely packed with packing foam and wrapped in plastic. It looked like it was just thrown in at the last minute with some newspaper.....

I really apologize for any product that doesn't "look" new as it should. I have many Vortech units shipped out each month and have never had an appearance issue with them. Vortech is an awesome company and they stand behind their great products.
