his insurence co. wont be happy, those rims are $1,500.00 from the dealer, dont know if that is repairable.even if it was it might be worped and no good,,id check it, sorry man it looks like it was raining and he couldnt freekin stop, id be m-fn-pissed

Thanks all! The guy was claiming he didn't run a red light. He claims it was green then when he looked up, when he hit me, it was red?!? He got a ticket, so his insurance company can't bs me.

I still can't get over the fact that he hit just my wheel!!!

That really sucks but I'm glad you're ok. Watch his insurance co. though. They'll probably want to refinish the wheel instead of replaing it when they see how much it costs. Stand your ground and I hope you have a good insurance co.

Simply put:

Don't let your or his insurance company squeeze you, you are paying insurance, period. The mass of us pay MASS insurance over our life time and a VERY small amount of the population actually claim compared to what the population pays... Insurance companys are WAY ahead of the game... Get your shiz fixed for every penny its worth, get what you can from those arsholes.

Say "Replacing my wheel is the only option. Scratch my paint, I get new paint, dent my fender, I get a new fender, DENT and SCRATCH my wheel, Im getting a new wheel... period. Feel lucky im not sewing for pain and suffering, ouch... I can't move my neck!!!". Make the insurance company pay for a new wheel, cheap arsholes, or take them to the cleaners. This is America!!! The insurance can give a rats asrse about you :mad: ... why should you. Its a big numbers game to them. If they had a heart... they would be out of business.

First of all, I gotta say you are lucky that is the only damage and you came out of it okay. I had a freak incident with my SRT as well, I was also lucky. A truck lost its bedliner and it was laying on the highway. It was dark and as I saw it slammed on the brakes and was able to slow down but I still hit it. Just got a minor dent and chipped paint on the lower bumper.
