I have never wanted to get the rear infotainment package, but with the new packages (option group 2) it looks like in order to get the two things I wanted (heated rear seats and HID's) I am going to have to oder the infotainment as well.

I was originally wanting to buy the cheapest stereo so I could put in an aftermarket HU and do my own stereo. If you get the infotainment package, does it require you have the NAV HU? If not, is there an input on the player so I could link the aftermarket HU and the infotainment package?

I really wish that DC wouldn't have bundled these options they way they did. I would have been much more happy if I could pay the extra cost of the heated seats and HID's.

I dont know about the 08's though.

Im just adding an aftermarket stereo to the existing factory stuff and tying them both together.
