Look, it's no great conspiracy... if you guys simply read the rules it would be clear. Unlike many forums, we strive to keep this site work-safe and as free as possible of images and content that could be viewed as inappropriate, indecent or offensive. If you look at the numbers of users during the day vs. evening, it's obvious we have a large segment of our members that view the forums while at work. The rules clearly outline the specific conditions to be met before posting threads with content that would be considered not work-safe (NWS). Threads that don't conform to those guidelines put readers who view the forums from the office at risk, and compromise the rights of members and guests who would prefer NOT to view such content. Same goes for avatars and sig images as they are always visible. Sometimes a situation is obvious, sometimes it requires us to make a judgement call. It was decided slow91's avatar is small enough that it is not clearly visible at a glance, unlike another we'll just call the "juggler" (pun intended) which was blatant. However, the enlarged photos slow91 posted by request were an entirely different issue. He was contacted, understood, and was fine with it. BTW, his use of the term "hand-slapped" was in jest. He was approached respectfully, and he responded in kind.

The "Badass Camper" thread posted a few minutes ago is a perfect example of how easily the line is crossed and can go out of control. Thank you to all who reported that post, which is the much appreciated.

The "bottom" line (again, pun intended) is there are PLENTY of sites out there if that's the kind of the thing you're looking for... THIS site is for Cherokee SRT8 enthusiasts.
