We have lots of thing going for the Jeep , we took our Jeep out to the 1/8 th mile drags .


current mods

GSM Ram Air Intake
GSM ESP/ Fan Mod
Magnaflow Exhaust


The driver was our lead installer(Nick Russo) he has never driven the jeep.

The first race was against the LS1 SS Z28 and you can here the announcer say "I guess you can bring anthing to the track even a Jeep".....then the Jeep just Weld's the Z28 and everyone is now looking at the jeep with interest..!

Next up C5 Corvette

8.55 1/8mi @79.7 mph

I am sure the Corvette could not believe he lost to a Jeep..! and I am also sure this video link will be posted to the Corvette forum's....!!

on a side not some of the "Younger" crew was there doing the filiming so dont mind the commentary of the "screaming" ......

Next up

SuperCharged SRT-8 Jeep

The kit is finished and in production and in early testing the jeep would fry the tires from a 20mph roll..!!!!!

Can you post up the timeslips for both races?

I don't mean to burst your bubble, but you raced an LT1 Corvette AUTOMATIC trans which is pre 1996 (max 300hp) and from the looks of it, the guys was spinning the tires at the line before he launched it. He simply had no clue what the heck he was doing and probably a stock car also. Sorry, you did NOT beat a C5 vette. ;) A C6 would of certainly whipped you good and a stock C5 with a good driver probably would of also.

The so called "SS" LS1 Camaro was another poor clueless newbie. The guy had to tell him to back up because he broke the second beam. :eek: HAHAHA

You have a very nice SRT-8 but I don't know if I would go around bragging about winning those races. ;)

Like I said, nice vids and nice VERY VERY nice truck but post up the timeslips as I'm sure those weren't your best runs.

No doubt. A truck beating sports cars is always :D .

With you mods the SRT8 should be able to beat up on a stock auto C5 (most 6speed drivers too) but if those are the SRT8 times, then something is off or the DA was just crazy.

hey those were shot at irwindale. u should go this comming week im gonna take my ls1 camaro to see what she runs. and that was a c4 vette n why the hell was the guy burning out while staged. that was odd. either way nice truck good kill.
