While washing my Jeep this afternoon I had the pleasure of finding a nail in my front right tire while cleaning all the dirt off my rims. I am now debating whether or not to buy a new Goodyear run flat. Seeing as how I spent way to much money this week celebrating a Blackhawks Stanley Cup win, I don't much feel like shelling out another $400 plus. This may be a stupid question, but is it possible to just buy a Nitto for the front right when all my other tires are tread separating Goodyears? Don't know if handling will be thrown off, but I imagine it would. Thanks.

If you've had it less then a year you should be able to take it to a Goodyear EMT shop & get it fixed for free. There should be paperwork in the glove box. It came with the 08's I know cause I used it.

Patch it up. It should be fine.
Do not get a different front tire
IMO
Get all new nitto420s tires. They are SO MUCH smoother, and they perform better in the all season weather.
Or just patch her up.

If its not in the sidewall patch it. After numerous cars and years of driving, the SRT is the first vehicle I have ever got a flat in, my first set of EMTs ending up having a plug in 3 out of the 4 tires, and had no problems whatsever.

I would just plug it as well. Should be fine. THEN, when you have some coins, get a set of other tires. They'll only cost half tthe price of a new set of OEMs and the ride will be eons better.
