I am looking for a way to hook up my autometer transmission temperature gauge and I saw this box that connected to both transmission lines. Still dont have an idea to hook up my transmission temperature sensor though, HELP!!!

Thats a pic of the block between the two sides of the transmission cooler liner right?
Transmission sensor can be hooked up a couple different ways. You can tap into one of the trans lines, cut the line and put a T fitting with connector for the sensor, I used the line going back to the trans after the trans cooler on my Charger. You can drop the pan and drill a hole into it and mount the sensor there. Those are the 2 that I can think of. Note, if you decide to tap into the trans line and use rubber trans line to mount the T fitting in, you may need to ground the T fitting for the gauge to work properly.

OOPS! I didn't see what you had typed under the pics.
which thrans line do I hook it up to
I followed mine and couldn't honestly tell you which one I tapped. LOL.
If you go here (http://ekazsrt8.net/) and scroll down to the trans. temp. sensor pics, I have a couple pics I took. It looks like the lower line, but keep in mind that this was on my Charger, not 100% sure if the lines run the same on the Jeep.

I could tap it to the trans cooler line that goes into the trans cooler right? I am assuming that the top one is in and bottom is out. Iknow I want to hook it to the top bc thats the true temp of the tranny

That's the logic I followed. You can look at the cooler itself as "in" should be at the top of the cooler and "out" at the bottom. If I had me Jeep, I'd go look myself for you.

well the cool thing is I can just pull the grille off and full access, just hope there is enough room to put a fitting in there to adapt the unit. Thanks for your help!

There should be more than enough room. If that doesn't work, you can always get to those lines from underneath.
