: U know your addicted to dragging when?!
tugboatchad 05-24-2010, 11:40 AM When you are seriously considering chucking a 100,000 mile purchased bumper to bumper 6,000 miles in because the current configuration can't get your fat ass down the track in less than 13.066!
Post up guys, let's hear it! If this has been posted before blame it on the search I couldn't find it on!
Newfiebullet 05-24-2010, 11:46 AM HAHA I love it!!! at new before leaving the dealer i had an intake,5000kms CMR tune,30000kms cam and headers, and last year i made over 100 passes at casrtrol raceway.

Oh believe me Chad it's at the forefront of my mind! I'm drooling over those new aluminum shortblocks Andy is going to be carrying. Can you say weight reduction mod. I've dropped 30lbs since buying the beast just to improve my times but I'm still weighing in at 240lbs. I can drop another 20 in the next couple months, but that won't get me into 12's! The money I'm saving on food and booze though? Forget about it! Amazing how much being a fat boy costs!
AaronZ34 05-24-2010, 05:38 PM You install your Medic Hood, Bwoody end links, Bwoody springs, and Corsa exhaust in the dealership parking lot when it has 18 miles.
Racing makes a heroin addiction look like a vague craving for something sweet.

lchevere 05-24-2010, 06:32 PM You know your addicted to drag racing when you drive 633 miles one way for a drag race in Bradenton, FL from Fayetteville, NC to beat the NA record!
Chris Hull@TTC 05-24-2010, 06:40 PM You know your addicted when you get stranded 275 miles from home
because you ignored the battery light and your alernator craps out.
Then on Friday night you decide to race Saturday against a guys Jeep
in Virginia when he is in California!! Then you get that question from the
redneck racers(no offense), "You mean you drove all the way from NY
to race without a trailor!!" As you sith there with your driveshaft dragging the
ground.
Last you are kind of happy you broke down because now you have an excuse
to get a new Posi Rearend!!
Chris Hull@TTC 05-24-2010, 06:41 PM I forgot Heads and cam ordered less than a month after purchase in
Sept of 07!!
