Thanks Paul - really good to meet you and the rest of the northeast SRT8 gang as well. For anyone who hasn't met any of them, all I can say is they're a bunch of no-good mofos who just sit around and talk smack about how fast their Jeeps are. :D:p LOL just kidding - you won't find a better group of guys out there! My family had a blast as well. Highlight of the day was that Mustang pulling a sub 7-second 1/4 mile with a trap speed of over 200 mph! :eek:

Yeah that's the track prep. Didn't expect to spin so badly off the line, as I had relatively mild traction issues the previous time I was at the track with the Vortech. Couldn't cut anything better than a 2.0 60-ft time. On my first pass, I spun all the way through 2nd and into 3rd gear before finally hooking up. Even when I tried to compensate by easing up on the throttle on the following runs, I still spun through 1st on each of them. Best time was a 12.1. :mad:

I can't say enough about what a great group of guys over in the New England area! Got to meet a bunch of them in Feb. and I will definitely be making the 3 hour drive to meet up with them again soon...especially since the nice weather has arrived!
