So, I had to drive from Chicago to southern Indiana yesterday which according to google was about a 6 hour ride. I plugged in the trinity to log some data for 2 things, 1) get some data to toon my 426 ans 2) see how much data you can actually log.
I log all the PID's that were previously listed by Johan and made it all the way there and didn't run out of space!
So, there's somewhat of an answer.....we can log at least 6 hours of data with the trinity.

Nice Eric!! Good to know we have some room in there. I believe we have about 100MB of built in storage on it. So how big is the 6 hour file? That will tell us more and give us a better idea of how much we can get out of 100MB of storage.

Due to stops (gas, food), it was broken down into 3 separate files. They were 5.2MB, 5.2MB, and 7.3MB respectively. So, lets round up to 18MB for about 7 hours of logging. SO doing some very basic and generic math, about 35 hours of logging possible. (round 18 to 20, so 7 times 5=35).
So the Trinity allows multiple log sessions without downloading to the PC between each? Can the Predator do that also?
wink

Yes, you can store multiple log sessions without downloading in-between. No, you cannot do that with the Predator.
