On saturday I asked them to get me 2 qrts of transfer case fluid, they didnt have any on shelf. So today, I go in to pick it up. I half joking said to the parts guy, how bout knocking a little off.(thinking maybe 10% or so) he says okay no prob, and prints up the ticket and says have a nice one, I thank him and wish him one as well.I walk out to the cashier and look at the invoice 39.00 a qrt I believe thats like 25% off. NICE GUY!!!

My parts guys love me! Well, maybe they just love my Jeep.:lol: I called to order an alt. and got a new guy. Said I had to fax in a copy of my CC and crap. I was thinking no way. I order stuff over the phone all the time. Asked for my service chick and asked for the guy I usually deal with. He took care of me. They quit charging me $99 for oil changes too. I pay $63.00 now. I dig that too. IIRC, they charged me $32.00 for the TC fluid so, to the OP, you got a good deal.
