Okay I got together with the GCSRT8 group and it made me want to get a Charger, Magnum, 300, Grand Cherokee, Neon, heck any car..meet n greet!

But it seems even if it started out as When and Where, everyone has a different schedule. Resulting in those last minute accommodation changes. Maybe if we pick a recurring meet. Like every other (a day) at (a parking lot), at (a time) o'clock. Those who make it, make it. Those who don't. See you next time. Just a thought...

As to the coffee things, I doubt you'll ever see me there. It's too early, too far, and conflicts with my work schedule. And to be honest, cool as some of those vehicles are, I really don't care about them. I crawl out from under my rock to talk about Jeeps. Maybe I'm selfish, but that's what interests me. That and chatting it up with you guys. So I guess I do want to see the same old mugs. LOL!

I still like the idea of a cruise, but not the Golden Super Cruise. I can't think of a more pointless and boring activity than cruising down Golden Road. Well I guess it could get exciting seeing who swaps paint first in the roundabouts... ;) Every so often on a weekend I'll see a bunch of sport cars, from Vettes to Ferraris, heading north on Hwy 93. Don't know who they are, or where they are going, but seems they have a plan. Next time I see them I just may play caboose and see what's up...

i hear you on all points wink. im not trying to be difficult but the coffee thing may not work for you, but for others, especially those with 'other halfs' may like a setting where that 'other half' can go shopping or read a book at B&N or something while we chat up the jeeps. thats kind of why i suggested the C&C.

as for me, I could take a jeep apart and put it back together with my eyes closed. i need to look at some other stuff.

Nah it's all cool! As a girl I used to work with liked to say, "whatever blows your dress up". ;) I wouldn't mind checking it out sometime, but actually the Super Cruise would be closer. There's also a Mopar group that meets once a month out here by me in Arvada. Don't know much about them though I've thought about checking them out.

Sounds like a plan to me, but I'm usually more flexible than most. Early mornings are usually my only issue. Gotta move that money every day. ;) I think Shawn works most Saturdays. So when is good for everybody? How far in advance does everyone need? We need everyone to chime in here to set a date.

I'm thinking we just go with your idea Rob. Out to Idaho Springs, lunch, and back. A Saturday or Sunday at say 11 am.
