Finally hit that 100k mark, actually 102 now. I have an 06'

I'm sure many of you would like to know, till this point no major problems. One of my most reliable vehicles.

Any suggestions to get the truck to feeling like new again? more on the side of suspension.

I'm about to order new spark plugs. (still have original)

I feel like the truck doesn't absorb the bumps and dips making it quite harsh. I just don't remember what it was like new but i'm sure it was better before?

Time for new shocks? any bushings that should be replaced?

All stock suspension. Went thru the lowering phase and back to stock.

Thanks for any input,
-Tony

Get some bwoody swaybar links, im sure the stock link bushings are worn out. Plus the bwoodys are thicker and not wimpy skinny ones like the factory, the jeep will feel like it lost 1000lbs in the curves after you put them on. I'm at 50K and mine are worn and not tight anymore.

Also check into switching to non-runflat tires, as they are very stiff and dont absorb bumps very well.

Maybe your shocks could be going bad... Have you noticed any creaking sounds when you hit a bump?

Congrats on passing the 100K milestone problem free! That should make you feel like the Jeep was a good investment afterall.... :D

Thanks, I've always referred to that sight. Even back when I had the wj, milous does a great job with that.

I've always considered it. Would I make it stiffer? I'm trying every way I can to soften it up. Driving in the city it's brutal..

I've long ditched the oem runflats. Made a big difference.

I do hear noises but i've gotten used to it?? haha

I never thought to check the shocks but I have to get under there to check for possible leaking..

Thanks for the responses.

Not that I have read at all, it just takes alot of the sway and makes the turn better, more direct. Only thing that would make the ride stiffer is different springs/shocks etc. Check out a couple threads, lots of reviews and everybody has liked them that i know of.
