NOAA is still saying chance of snow/rain, but it's down from 40% to 30%, and you know that means it probably ain't gonna happen. Channel 2 says the crap won't hit till Thursday. Will likely be cold and windy though, but cold is good! So unless things change drastically I plan to be there around 3:30. Hope to get in half a dozen runs or so. I've got three CMR tunes I'd like to compare. Maybe 2 or 3 runs per.

I'm not so sure of that. A CAI or cat-back, yeah I think so. CAI definitely. A tune? I'm not convinced. I loaded my first tune and instantly went across the street to my test spot. Engine had barely warmed up. ;) I pulled my best 0-60 ever! I was told to drive it for 100 miles or so, but I didn't notice any difference. Current tune I put about 20 miles on it. I was told no problem go log it. Plus your tweaks at the track didn't need to adjust. So I think if anything needs to be learned, it's DD duty, though you couldn't prove it by me. WOT is pretty much instant according to Diablo. What's to learn?

We also need to talk about group rates with Lucas. If we can get more interest. I'm sure there are a couple of others that would be down for that. I'll pester them till they are... LOL!

the only thing i adjusted were my fans at Bandi, Jeep was running way too hot. i wont be there, i work on Wed til 10pm.

What is needed to raise? Cost? Helmet required - I do not own one? How much are helmets?

Yeah it's every Wed night. The Colorado State Patrol sponsors the "Take It To The Track" night, but it's really just a Test and Tune with some cops running down the track sometimes. This past Wed was cool because there were regular patrol cars from Lakewood, Aurora, and other surrounding police depts. They were running each other, though I kept trying to horn in and run one. ;) Seems everyone shows up at different times, so probably best to meet up in the pits (top level of facility). Just look for the Jeeps. It's $30 for participants, $10 for spectators, and $5 for helmet rental. You won't need a helmet unless you run 13.99 or faster. We'll have to see how the weather is. Looks like possible snow Mon and Tues...
