I can live without the spare. But Im sure they could have fit a jack in it. I would Love to take the wheels off every couple months to clean the inside of the rims and the whole caliper.

Well Am I Crazy?

Just buy a floor jack so you can do your wheel cleaning. The jacks that come with most cars rot anyway. I've had some collapse on me.

Screw factory jacks. Get a real floor jack.

Houston...you got it.
I would never trust a factory jack. Run to Sears and get a decent floor jack and some jack stands.

They do come with a jack. I found it yesterday when fooling around with the cargo compartment and noticed the flaps that are right next to the back seat. I folded the back seat down a lifted the flap that is on the passenger side, and behold a jack and tool kit.

Yes, but not all of us have this. I don't. I actually almost borrowed from the GC I traded in, but didn't think that was very ethical. So, now I use my floor jacks to get her in the air. And no, you are not crazy. All is good, free love and peace to you all.

Than I suggest you go to your dealer and demand that they get you one, if in fact you actually want a factory jack and tool kit.

I've got floor jacks and jack stands but I don't find any info in the owner's manual about where to place the jack/jack stands. Anybody out there know for sure where ?? Please inform me so that I don't bend/break anything!
Thanks. Barrie 34
