So I am thinking about getting a small tent trailer to go camping and tow to car shows, problem is, there is no hitch on my srt8. Now I know I can tow 3500 pounds but does jeep really reccomend it? Now another thing, the tow hitches are hidious and what I wanted to do was pull off my tips and maybe cut some holes on the side of my bumper and feed it in that way or even cut some holes in the rerar to have them come stright out the back. I can purchase the factory hitch and it is a direct bolt on to the factory bumper and cool thing for us is that there is already a hole in the center of the bumper that can make the hitch flush, so my question is, has anyone modified their exhaust a different way that doesnt look cheezee or dumb? I have never really been a fan of the middle exhaust anyways.

Do a search or try ebay but it will definetally kill the look of your Jeep!

you need to buy a hitch made for the srt8 model, it usually sticks out above the tips or sometimes under. Im probably not your best reference because I bought myself a Pickup truck just to not have a hitch on my jeep!:)

Yea i have seen a hitch on an srt8 and no way would I ever do something like that, it sticks out all nasty and looks horrible. Too cluttered
