Decided to take ashort 3hr road trip with the family over the weekend. Fri - Sun to Washington state. The weather was nice, and more importantly the Beast ran like a champ!

Did all my fluid changes (oil, TC, diff's) and replaced the cabin air filter before I left and let the beast loose. No shimmers on the wheels, smooth and comfy. Did notice a few things that I'm sure others have also noticed on long drives....

* wind noise from the driver's window. Not sure if its the seals or the side mirrors making the noise
* noticing now after approx 8k miles (12k kms for us Canadians) that my front tires are wearing at twice the speed as the rear! Guess I'll be needing to replace them soon
* the Corsa exhaust ran like a champ! No drone but great when you lean on the gas
* rear entertainment worked like a charm for the kids. Need to get lockpick now so the front passenger can see the video too ;)

All in all, great vehicle for a long drive. Only drawback is.... when you get to where you want to go, you want to wash it BUT cant find a place you trust! LOL
