I want to get some headlights and front fogs that are a lot whiter than the stock bulbs. However, I don't want to go the HID route. Any bulb suggestions? Also, what sizes do I need for my low beams, high beams, and front fogs? Thanks!

Search the site, but some of us have put 9005's (high beam bulb) in all three light fixtures. Requires very minimal plastic removal on the the inside of the bulb and the bulb connectors to make them fit for the low beam and fogs, but works really well. Great light output for the cost. ?Sylvania Ultra's the most white? I'm using GE Nighthawks, which is whiter, but not by a whole lot.

Check out Hoen bulbs. These are very good halogen bulbs that last much longer than Silverstars. They look a lot like HID bulbs at night from a distance. Using the high beam bulbs in all 3 will give you very good light output also. My 2 cents is just go on ebay and order a $100 HID kit. the light output of a true HID kit is twice as good atleast. They are very easy to install and you will not regret getting one. You will only regret not getting one. For the money it takes to replace halogen bulbs and the added safety you get from the HID, just go with the HID kit from the beginning.

But a $100 HID kit would probably be crap quality and would not be "plug and play". Right?

MKS HID's on ebay are about $150 shipped. Lots of guys on Trailvoy have been running these and they are very nice for the money. Make sure you look for a popular seller, and a HID with some type of a warrenty. Other guys on this site have done the same thing, so I;m sure they will chime in.

Any idea if they are good?

Don't really know much about those. Many of these kits are produced by the same companies. You made a wise choice in going for the HID's. Nobody regrets buying the right kit the first time. Make sure you post your pictures when you get them in.
